At JJ Timber Designs, we take pride in carefully crafting and delivering quality timber products throughout Australia. Every order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

As many of our products are handcrafted to order, delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and your location.

Delivery Locations

We deliver timber products and picnic tables across Australia.

Delivery is available to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Commercial premises including cafés, restaurants, pubs and breweries
  • Schools, childcare centres and community organisations
  • Parks, sporting clubs and event venues
  • Regional freight depots

If you are located in a remote or regional area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the most suitable delivery option.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available throughout South East Queensland.

For deliveries within approximately 150 km of our Jimboomba workshop, we may deliver your order using our own fleet through our sister company, JJ Freight Solutions.

Depending on your order, delivery may be completed using:

  • Ute
  • Trailer
  • Crane truck

Delivery pricing is based on:

  • Distance from our workshop
  • Order size
  • Delivery access
  • Vehicle requirements

Interstate Shipping

For customers outside South East Queensland, we work with trusted Australian freight carriers to safely transport our products.

Larger items, including picnic tables and outdoor furniture, are generally shipped using palletised freight or specialist carriers to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Freight costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Product size and weight
  • Accessibility of the delivery site
  • Special handling requirements (if applicable)

Where freight cannot be automatically calculated, we will provide a custom shipping quote before confirming your order.

Processing & Production Times

Most JJ Timber Designs products are handcrafted to order.

Our typical production timeframe is:

2–4 weeks

Production times may vary throughout the year depending on current workloads and seasonal demand. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on freight carriers and regional locations.

Where possible, we'll contact you before delivery to arrange a suitable time.

Delivery Requirements

Many of our timber products are large and heavy.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please note:

  • Someone may need to be present to accept delivery.
  • Delivery vehicles require suitable access.
  • Assistance may be required when unloading larger items.
  • Please advise us before ordering if access is restricted.

Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery or special access equipment is required.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on:

  • Your location
  • Order size
  • Product weight
  • Delivery method

Shipping will either be:

  • Calculated during checkout (where available), or
  • Provided as a custom freight quotation before your order is confirmed.

Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care when packaging every order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging
  • Any visible freight damage

We will work closely with you and the freight carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Where available, tracking details will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.

For deliveries completed by our own vehicles, our team will contact you directly regarding delivery arrangements.
